These two little girls couldn’t get anymore cuter!  I just love taking their pictures.  Liyah is 5 and Kiyah just turned 3.  Liyah rocked some good poses so her little sister was all over that after watching her big sister do it.  They gave me a good laugh here and there :).

Molly won a free family session from me when she entered my Veteran’s Day giveaway back in November. Her husband Eri (he couldn’t make the trip to Montana), served in the Army Reserves and was called to active duty for Operation Enduring Freedom.  He served for 8 years before being honorably discharged.  While serving Eri became friends with a man named Wayne.  Wayne was from Montana.  Wayne later married Molly’s cousin Jenn and they then introduce Eri to Molly and they have been together ever since!  They have two children : Marcus and Jordan.  Also pictured is Molly’s sister Alexis, Her brother Kurt and his family Renee, Megan, Kyliegh and Aaden, and Molly’s parents Bob and Sue.  I had so much fun with you all and you are a wonderful family!

When Kelly approached me to take pictures of her for her new website, I was thrilled!  She is from Billings, but now resides in Midland Texas where she is getting ready to open a piano studio where she can teach others.  I am so excited for her!  I got to photograph her at her old stomping grounds at Cecile Hall located at MSUB.  I made her play for over a half hour while I snapped pictures of her (ok, maybe I got what I needed 10 mins. into the shoot, but I wanted to hear her keep playing :)).  She is amazingly talented, she played without any sheet music and it was all beautiful.  I told her that it was quite inspiring creatively to take pictures of her while she was playing.  Now if she could only strap a keyboard to her neck and follow me on every shoot :).  Kelly is smart, talented, and as you can see gorgeous.  All that and she is still one of the nicest people you will ever meet.  Good luck Kelly on your new adventure, I know that you will do great!

So some of you may have already heard that I will be joining Tracy and the amazing girls at Tracy Moore Photographers as she moves into her new studio.  So what does this mean?!  Well I will still continue with my business and all of my wonderful clients, but I will also be joining her team to head up Tracy Moore’s Pink Stiletto Boudoir with the very talented Rhea Wolpoe.  This also means that I will have studio time for my Miranda Murdock Photography in the Tracy Moore Photographers studio, does this all make sense or am I confusing you all!?  So it is all very exciting and I am beside myself to get to join the entire team: Tracy, Kerry, Steph, Rhea, & Sarah.  They are amazing people and all very talented at what they do.  So our studio’s grand opening is this Monday June 25th at 6pm!  Come join us for food, music and a good time!  Come check out the studio at 2404 Montana Ave. (located directly across from the Rex and a couple doors down from the Depot).  We would love to see you all and visit with you!  Oh, and here is a fun post from Tracy herself.  You can check out pictures of the studio and also there is a quick look at the team.  http://blog.tracymoorephotography.com/?p=6647  I hope to see you all at our grand opening!  Oh, and if you are going to Alive after Five tomorrow night at the Depot to see the amazingly talented Clintons play, swing in and see us, our doors will be open and we will be enjoying the great music too!

Talk about a busy family… little miss Lydia is 2 and her baby sissy, Charlotte is 1.  Little Lydia looks just like her mama and Lottie looks exactly like her daddy.  They are a wonderful, beautiful family and I had so much fun photographing them.  As you can tell Loretta and Noel are such a cute couple and it is hard to believe that they have been married for four years already and have two kids.  They looked and acted like newlyweds while I was photographing them.  So cute!
